8 Clerihews

These are the clerihews i wrote this week for creative writing. A clerihew is a four lined poem uses the persons name in the first rhyme. There generally supposed to be a bit humorous...we will see if they are. :)

Mr. Bradley Belden,
Jane Austen would call you Sheldon.
Elizabeth Bennett you would scorn,
and for that, dear Jane would mourn.

*My freshman year, Mr. Belden and I talked about Pride & Prejudice and how he absolutely hates the character of Elizabeth Bennett. hahah

Mrs. Pamela A,
french class makes my day.
What we discuss we'll never tell,
we're back to normal at the sound of the bell.

Our director, Chappy:
show week she's quite happy.
She says, "elongate your vowels"
Then the audience is sure to howl.

Collin Freezer
is such a teaser.
Elementary school, untold,
the memories we hold.

Kenzi Blakely
is not a flake-ly.
Honest is she,
anyone would trust her with a key.

Mr. Knightley
loved Emma quite-ly.
Fight as they did,
their love never rid.

That "Anne-girl"
loves to twirl
in meadows fair
with her carrot red hair.

That obnoxious Gil,
he's really quite the pill.
Josie Pie pursues,
but Anne, his affection ensues.
